Love to workout in the comfort of your own home? I’ve got you covered! For as little as $8.33 a month you will get a library of my workouts that you can do at home! No workout will exceed one hour, and new content will be uploaded weekly. The workouts are created with pilates, yoga and barre principles. We will use low weights, but continual movement throughout each series.
Every workout can be done using your own body weight, but you will see me using props including:
- Hand weights (1-3 lbs)
- Ankle Wights (1-2 lbs)
- Resistance Band
- 9 Inch Slightly Deflated Pilates Ball
- Pilates Circle
