The main focus of BurnToneSculpt Fitness Studio is to activate your muscles until you reach muscle fatigue, otherwise known as the infamous “shake.” By working both small and large muscle groups you will tone up without bulking up. You will experience changes that you can see and feel.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete, a runner, a cross-fitter, or a couch potato, you will benefit from these workouts. They will allow you lose the extra weight you have been looking to lose, flatten your stomach, strengthen your knees so you can run a little faster, give you more hip flexibility to skate faster, strengthen your shoulders to dead lift stronger, and simply strengthen your core to have better posture.
The mission of our studio is to share, with as many people as possible, a form of movement that honors the body instead of punishing it. We are working toward the longevity of our internal structure while strengthening our external figure. And above all, our mission is to become a sanctuary for our clients to feel supported and comfortable.
